We have been bringing our cars to Broadway Estates Conoco for years. We trust Broadway Estates Conoco completely and know they run their business with integrity. We have never questioned the service we have received and have never left after receiving service dissatisfied with the quality of the repair. More than once, we have taken one of our older vehicles for service prior to a long road trip for a thorough check up to be told that it only needed a tire rotation and an oil change. Most recently, we even asked for service to be done proactively prior to giving an older car to one of our children and were told that nothing needed to be done and they would not feel comfortable selling us a service that was not needed.

As always, Jim did an outstanding job on my car. I really appreciate his guidance and recommendations. I was disappointed that “corporate “ now charges for windshield washer fluid. Guess I’ll take care of that myself.
