I took my 2009 Ford Escape in for front brakes and to get my AC replaced. I had been warned that this would be a spendy visit. Jim called shortly after the shop opened, confirmed the repairs needed to be made, explained what would be done and what it would cost. He also was able do perform the repairs same day. I was very appreciative of these details. The price felt reasonable as well. I'll be back.
